Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Riyad Bank recommended a cash dividend distribution after Zakat of SAR 0.65 per share, representing 6.50% of the share nominal value, for the second half (H2) of 2022.
The bank would disburse a total of SAR 1.95 billion for 3 billion eligible shares, according to a bourse filing.
Meanwhile, the distribution date for the H2-22 dividends will be announced at a later time.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2022, Riyad Bank reported net profits worth SAR 4.99 billion, an annual growth of 13.22% from SAR 4.40 billion.
During January-September 2022, the earnings per share (EPS) settled at SAR 1.64, compared to SAR 1.47 in the year-ago period.
The clients’ deposits surged by 15.63% to SAR 235.89 billion in 9M-22 from SAR 203.99 billion in 9M-21, whereas the assets increased by 9.17% to SAR 347.88 billion from SAR 318.65 billion.
